Original Flooring Revival

RCR Services revived the original oak floors in this Flagstaff home, restoring their warm color and natural grain across the living room, dining area, and kitchen.

The original oak floors in this home had years of visible wear, with dull patches and uneven color throughout the main living spaces. Rather than replace them, RCR Services refinished the existing wood to bring back its natural grain and a warmer finish.

The work extended through the living room, dining area, kitchen, and adjoining spaces. Fresh interior paint also helped brighten the rooms and complement the restored floors. Explore the before-and-after photos to see how much character was already there—and what a careful refresh brought back.
