From Farm to Flagstaff: A Story of Service and Craftsmanship

Rex Reyher's journey to founding RCR Services is rooted in generations of hard work and problem-solving. As a fourth-generation Colorado farmer, Rex learned early that success comes from dedication, attention to detail, and doing things right the first time.

Rex's Story

For over a decade, Rex managed a 4,700-acre farm operation, where no two days were the same. From maintaining complex irrigation systems to repairing critical equipment, this hands-on experience built a deep respect for quality workmanship, problem-solving, and the importance of earning trust through consistent results.

In 2023, Rex brought that experience and work ethic to Flagstaff, launching RCR as a handyman service focused on dependable repairs and honest service. As the business quickly grew, so did the scope of the work. Clients began trusting RCR with larger, more complex projects, leading Rex to expand the company into a licensed general contracting operation.

Today, RCR Services operates with multiple divisions, including a dedicated handyman department that continues to serve the customers who helped build the company, while allowing licensed teams to take on larger remodels, construction projects, and property improvements. This structure ensures every client — from small repairs to major renovations — receives the same attention to detail, clear communication, and commitment to quality.

Licensed, bonded, and insured, RCR Services proudly combines professional expertise with small-town values, delivering reliable, high-quality work to homeowners and businesses throughout Flagstaff and Northern Arizona.
